Outlook-Dynamics CRM Calendar Integration

Pre-requisites:
  • Your mailbox is setup and active in CRM.
  • You have Outlook available on your machine.
Steps:
  • Login to CRM.
  • Click on Options. Click on “Apps for Dynamics 365”.
        
  • On the bottom of page, click on “Download Dynamics 365 for Outlook”.
  • Let the download finish. Run and install the application (.exe) with admin rights. You may need to restart your machine post installation.
  • Go to Start -> Search for “Configuration Wizard”.
  • Enter the CRM URL and click on Next. Let it finish the configuration.
  • (Re)Open your “Outlook”.
  • Click on File (on top left side of wizard). Click on “Dynamics 365” menu (on left side panel of wizard). Click on “Set Personal Options”.
  • Keep “Appointment” selected and rest all to be set unchecked. (Refer image)
  • Click Ok.
           
  • All Set. 


[Under CRM → Workplace →  Activities → My Appointments you will be able to see all your outlook calendar items.]
