Pre-requisites:
- Your mailbox is setup and active in CRM.
- You have Outlook available on your machine.
Steps:
- Login to CRM.
- Click on Options. Click on “Apps for Dynamics 365”.
- On the bottom of page, click on “Download Dynamics 365 for Outlook”.
- Let the download finish. Run and install the application (.exe) with admin rights. You may need to restart your machine post installation.
- Go to Start -> Search for “Configuration Wizard”.
- Enter the CRM URL and click on Next. Let it finish the configuration.
- (Re)Open your “Outlook”.
- Click on File (on top left side of wizard). Click on “Dynamics 365” menu (on left side panel of wizard). Click on “Set Personal Options”.
- Keep “Appointment” selected and rest all to be set unchecked. (Refer image)
- Click Ok.
- All Set.
